Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our products are customized for you and most orders are created and shipped within 3 business days. At times, there maybe delays due to waiting for an item to return to stock. You will receive an email notification of your order and shipping process to help you track your order status.  



WHAT CARRIER(S) DO YOU USE TO SHIP PRODUCTS? 


Generally, DHL and USPS are used to ship and deliver your order. At times, other carriers maybe used i.e. FedEx or USP to ensure you receive your order timely. You will receive an email providing shipping details and tracking, once your order is placed and shipped. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping Costs are based on your location and amount of products ordered. Shipping Costs will be displayed during the checkout process and included in your order. 



HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation in the form of an email.  If you have not received a notification 72 hours please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@muddybastard.com.



ONCE SHIPPED WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Once your order ships, it can take 2-4 days for delivery to your home or business. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT?

Unfortunately we have no control over your package once it leaves our warehouse and is in the shippers hands. Occasionally, the Shipper makes a mistake in delivering to the wrong home or business or some less than honest person helps themselves to your recently delivered package. 

What can you do?
  1. Check in with your neighbors to see if your package was misdelivered. 
  2. Contact the Shipper to help locate your missing item(s). 
  3. If you are still unable to locate your package after 7 business days please email us at info@muddybastard.com and we be happy to work with you to find a resolution.
